Journaling

In light of Mandy Moore posting a throwback thursday (TBT) picture from A Walk to Remember, I decided to write about my journal that I keep.

mandy-moore-instagram-tease-160429_255e9616beab619700871f4e8dba974b.jpg

Now if by some chance you have not seen the movie and you therefore don’t know why I would be writing a blog about a journal then by all means let me fill you in!  If you have seen the movie, then please just bare with me while I explain it to these less fortunate people!

::SPOILER ALERT::

In the movie Mandy Moore’s mother dies when she is very young and she leaves her behind this journal and it is filled with anything and everything.  She writes down her thoughts, poems, lyrics to her favorite songs, how she feels about the world etc…  This is a very important belonging to Moore’s character because it allows for her to carry a piece of her mother with her and it allows her to see a side of her mother that she never got to know because she died so young.

Since I saw this movie I always thought that was something I wanted to do.  Well now I have a 4 year old daughter and I have a full journal and am already working on my 2nd one.  I write her notes, draw her pictures, leave her my favorite quotes from movies and songs and even have my favorite things lists.  I will give it to her on her 18th birthday as something special for her to keep and show her children.

If you decide to make your own there is nothing special that you need to put in it.  Just write about whatever you are thinking about at that moment.  Some of the stuff in mine is not always happy.  I recently have been writing about how I feel about different world events (ie. Paris attacks).  It will be a firsthand point of view that she will be able to look back on and read.

I have even done daily writings where I wrote something different about myself every day… favorite food at the time…favorite movie at the time…favorite color…etc…

I hope my inspiration from the movie will help to inspire someone else to make a journal for someone special in their life.

Happy writing!

Easy MoHawk Hair

Have you seen women with what I like to call the Mohawk hair (long on the top and back and shaved on the sides) and thought that you could/would totally rock that hair?  I have… numerous times.  Problem is I DO NOT have the guts to do it.  I am too worried what it would look like with my face shape, plus I have pointy ears that stick out…  Short hair worries me!   I wish I had the guts to do it.  A prime example of this hairstyle is Kelly Osbourne.

While I may not have the guts to actually go and shave the sides of my hair, I can still get this look in just a few simple steps.  I get the best of both worlds!  I can keep my longer hair, while still feeling edgy from time to time…

This hairstyle should take you about 10 minutes to complete from start to finish!

First you will separate your hair into small sections and secure with small rubber bands (I used colors so you could see!).  The smaller the sections the tighter/smoother you can get the sides.  For the sake of this how-to I went with a more messy look and didn’t do as many sections.

Once you have all of your sections secure, get a teasing comb and starting making it big!  You will want a lot of volume once you start pinning it all down!

img_8086Okay, maybe this was a little bit too much, but that’s alright!

Now you will get your bobby pins and start bunching your hair up around each ponytail bottom.  You goal is to cover the ponytails so it is just a straight line back and you can’t see the underneath!  This step does not have to be perfect.  I actually prefer it to be a bit messy.

And now you are done!

So now the next time you have an 80’s party or you just feel like doing something a little different, you can!  This may not be for everyone or every occasion, but it is definitely still worth a try!

Bared to Who?

One of my biggest pet peeves when it comes to a book is when I start reading it and find out that it is part of a series.

I know you know what I am talking about.  You are reading your book, minding your own business, you get more and more invested with every passing moment, all the while never knowing what is actually coming.  You think you have a standalone book (or at least all the books in the series) and then B A M…You get to the end and you have absolutely no idea what has happened. What is wrong with the main character?  Why does he always push people away?  What is the secret he is hiding? You want to know so bad it is killing you and now you are forced to wait for the next book,  which isn’t coming out until next year?  You have got to be kidding me…!

No one has done this to me better that Sylvia Day with Bared to you.  I was so excited for these books.  I was coming off of the Fifty Shades of Grey high and these books were right up my alley.  The Bared to You books were better written than Fifty Shades, I didn’t have an inner goddess jumping off of every other page (I still love you E L James), and I read the first 3 books back to back, not knowing that there was no ending in sight. Book 4 finally came out a year later and I thought I am was going to find out what happened and again I was WRONG.  Then finally the 5th and final book was announced and has now come out (April 2016) but now the problem is I have completely forgotten what happened in the other books.  I have read about 30 books since then.  Do I go back  and reread them or just stop and say screw it and move on.  Can I really do that?  I feel like I have invested so much time into these books and I still want to know what is going to happen.

Secretly I know the answer to this question.  I am going to suck it up, skim through the other books and then go buy the 5th book so I can read it and finally figure out what the hell is going on with Gideon Cross.  Well played Sylvia… Well played…

So here is my official concession.  Look for my review in the next couple of days!

Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Who doesn’t love cheese?  Well I for one am not a huge cheese fan… I know, I know.  I am un-american.   I just don’t like it very much.  I will eat it, in certain forms, but just not very often!  My husband and all my friends however L O V E cheese.  So therefore I make cheesy treats and cheesy food quite often which brings me to my next recipe… Baked Mac and Cheese.

I have tried making this recipe with lots of different variations.  I have made it with and without bacon, with and without roasted jalapenos, with and without shredded chicken and I have made it with probably 20 different variations of cheese.  All of them were a success, so it just kind of depends on what you are in the mood for.  Here is the general recipe.

1 1/2-ish box of penne pasta noodles

5-ish cups of cheese (mixture of Colby, Monterrey Jack, Mozzarella and Romano) but you can change the cheese to your liking

3-4-ish  cups of milk

3/4-1-ish cup of butter

salt and pepper to taste

2/3 cups-ish of bread crumbs

Pick a pasta.  For the sake of this recipe I used penne noodles, but you can use elbow, macaroni, bow tie, etc…

Boil the pasta until it is al dente.  Take it out and then set it aside.  In a pot you will mix milk, cheese, butter, salt and pepper and melt cheese completely.

Once the mixture is complete pour it on top of the noodles in a baking dish.  Then top with extra cheese and breadcrumbs.  This would also be the step that you would add in bacon, cooked chicken or veggie (ie. broccoli).  Then place in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes.

Easy. Simple. Delicious!

Enjoy!

Outfits for Days

So I consider myself a pretty bright girl and by bright I mean bright COLORS.  I am very bright (smart) as well, but that is beside the point…  Anyway… Now I sound like an idiot.

For some reason on my workdays I always end up wearing different variations of black and grey, black and white, or black and black. For someone who is so BRIGHT I don’t show it very well with my work clothes (except with maybe the exception of my shoes). So much for me being colorful!

So I decided to put my colorfulness to the test.  Do I really like to wear as much color as I say that I do or is it all in my mind?  Only one way to find out.  I decided to take pictures of all of my outfits for a whole week.  The results were not that shocking, but nevertheless interesting (at least to me).

Let’s start with Thursday.  That is a good normal day of the week to start documenting my outfits (said no one ever)!  Nevertheless Thursday I had some pastel colors.  It wasn’t super bright and it was mixed with black but it was a start!

Friday was darker colors, but I did have some blue in there at least!  I tried, but this shirt was my 4th and darkest one that I tried on that morning.  I just wasn’t feeling the other ones!

Weekends are very casual for me, I basically live in workout clothes, because I actually do workout, but also because they are extremely comfortable.  So Saturday was my black Nike shorts and my BRIGHT orange Nike long sleeve shirt.  Comfy. Practical. Half bright!  Well on my way!

Sunday was obviously another workout day.  I ran errands, did a work-out, meal prepped and cleaned my house.  Why would I wear anything else.  Again I had at least partially bright colored clothes, but I am kind of cheating because most work out clothes are bright colored!

Now Monday was a very rainy day.  I find it very difficult to wear bright cheerful clothing when it is so drab and gross outside. So today I fell right in line with my black-grey scene.  I am not starting the work week off very strong.

Tuesday… Much better!  Today was still a little rainy and overcast but I got a new dress that I was determined to wear.  Floral is all the rage right now and I immediately put this dress.  I didn’t care what the weather was, this dress deserved to be worn immediately! Now I am back on track!  Bright colors all day long!

HUMP DAY (aka last day of experiment) was a failure on my part.  I pulled out my yellow work pants and had every intention or pairing them with a bright pink top, well my new pink top had a small hole that I didn’t notice until I put it on…Needless to say I will be returning the shirt, but this left me figuring out what to wear last minute… Black and white dress won out.  It was too easy.  I didn’t have to pair things together.  I literally picked the dress and my black pumps and called it a day.  I know I still could have paired my yellow pants with something else, but that was just too much work.  I failed the color test…I’m sorry!

So overall I have decided that I do have the capabilities to be bright and cheerful with my clothing choices every single day, but there are times when I simply revert back to my old habits and play it safe with black.  Why is wearing black just so easy?  Maybe I just need to try harder.  Summer is right around the corner, maybe that will give me some better incentive to bring out the bright colors more often!

Happy Wednesday!

My Everyday Look…

I like routine and I semi-like consistency.  So when it comes to my day to day hair, it is no surprise that I don’t change it very much.  Now that doesn’t mean that I don’t change the style (because believe me, I do), but the length that it is right now and for my workdays, it is basically the same everyday!

My hair is very fine and as straight as an arrow and I hate it!  I know so many people that straighten their hair every single day to get what I have naturally, but I curl mine most days to get what some of you ladies have and hate.  The grass is always green on the other side.  We always want what we don’t have.  Blah blah blah…

I need/want volume in my life.  My hair is limp and did I mention straight if I just let it do it’s own thing.  Everyday I actually do something (curl, straighten, braid, etc…) to my hair.  This is a must!

To start off I take a shower and wash my hair everyday!.

YES, I wash my hair E V E R Y D A Y.  I have tried not washing it and I just can’t do it.  I have tried dry shampoo and it is just not for me.

Moving on…

After I wash it, I blow dry it.  Then I start with the curling.  I alternate between a curling iron and a wand.  It just depends on my mood that day.  Today was a tapered wand!

I then part my hair into sections and start curling from the bottom up (like most normal people in the world)… I don’t actually know anyone that curls from the top down!

I take a section of hair, hold my wand upside down and start wrapping my hair around the wand and hold it there for a couple of seconds.

After all my hair is curled I spray a little hair spray on it and let it all cool and set while I am doing my makeup.

da da da da da da da da da da da DA dadadada da da da da da da da DA da da da DUH DUH DUUHH.. doom dum. (Jeopardy Theme Song)

And now the final result!

A final spray with my trusty hairspray and we are good to go.  Throughout the day, the curls will settle a little bit and give you a looser and bouncier curl. This is a great look for work as well as for a night out with the girls or just anything in between. Have fun with your style no matter what you choose!

Amazon Reviewer

There is this thing called Amazon Reviewer.  I had never heard about it until a couple of months ago.  A friend of mine was trying it out and was obsessed.  She tried to get me to try it as well, but I thought it sounded kind of sketchy…

Well after about 2 months and seeing all the free stuff she was getting I was kind of intrigued and sort of jealous.  So I went to Amazon Reviewer and decided to sign up.  I mean who doesn’t love free stuff?

So I have been on this reviewer site for about 3 months now and I have everyone at my work on it as well.  This really only works if you have Amazon Prime (get it if you don’t have it).  You go “shop” through their 1000’s of items until you find something that you like.  Then you click review now.  They will then send you a code to go buy it from Amazon, and then it is shipped to you.  Once you receive your product you have 2 weeks to write a review on it (Good or bad).  It is as simple as that.

Now this site has all kinds of items that you can get at a huge discount and even for free and all you have to do it sort for what you want!  I only sorted through the free stuff because I didn’t need anything bad enough that I wanted to pay for it.  So far I have about 60 products that I have gotten and I have probably paid about $3 total for all of them!  ::I know what you are thinking::  There has to be a catch.  She can’t get all that stuff for only $3.  Well let me tell you something… I CAN AND I DID!

So what kind of products have I received?  Well I have about 20 different phone cases for me and my husband.  I got tempered glass for our iPhones.  Screen protectors for my apple watch.  Vitamins. Face Lotions.  Organic makeup remover cloths. Essential Oils. Diffusers. Clothes Steams. Etc. Etc. Etc.  You get the point.  There is a lot you can get.  If you think I am kidding and you don’t believe me, then go look for yourself.

Go get something for F R E E.  You deserve it!

Defying Gravity.

I have said it before and I will say it again.  Music is the most amazing thing in the world.  It can literally bring you to your knees.  A friend of mine shared a video on Facebook today and I just watched it.  The caption said “try not to cry while watching this video”.

Now we all know that I have absolutely no control of my emotions and crying… It just happens. R A N D O M L Y.  All the time!

Well this little girl in the video for Britain’s Got Talent (which I don’t watch) is basically the most amazing singer ever (and she is only 12).  Beau Dermott sang “Defying Gravity” from Wicked and absolutely killed it.  That is such a hard song but it is also so amazing!  Congratulations on moving forward Beau and good luck.

I cried.  Let’s see if you do too!

Rainbow Juices

Juicing is a great way to get your daily vegetables and fruits, without having to eat multiple plates of them in a day.  Did you know that the average 30 year old female (that is me) should be eating 2 cups of fruit and 2 1/2 – 3 cups of vegetables a day?  That is almost 5 cups  in a day of just fruits and vegetables.  Maybe that doesn’t seem like a lot to some of you.  Maybe some of you eat all of your daily recommended values of all the food you are required to eat…  GOOD FOR YOU if you fall into that category!  I however do not fall into that category.

I am kind of a picky eater. Basically I have 3 food groups that I enjoy… Meats… Potatoes…. Sweets…  I have gotten better over the years, but I am still just not a huge vegetable fan.  Juicing was perfect for me to get all my nutrients that I was not getting from the lack of vegetable variety in my diet.  The only vegetables  I did eat were salads (lettuce), tomatoes (does salsa count?), zucchini/squash, carrots and potatoes.  That’s it.  I didn’t like to branch out.  I don’t like the texture of most vegetables and I never developed a taste for the rest of them.

So back to juicing.  When looking for recipes I found a ton that had some weird or gross things in them; kale, sweet potato, beets, broccoli, avocado, brussel sprouts.  GROSS…

Needless to say I was going to have to modify these recipes before I went into this juice cleanse!  So below are a few of my favorite recipes!  Enjoy!

Rainbo(aka Brown)

1 Granny Smith Apple

5 Carrots

1 Cucumber

1 Ginger Root Thumb

1 Lemon

1 Pear

3 Spinach

Sunset

2 Golden Delicious Apples

1 Beet Root

1 Carrot

1 Orange (peeled)

1 Sweet Potato (peeled)

Creamsicle

2 Granny Smith Apple

3 Celery Stalks

1 Orange (peeled)

2 Pears

1 Sweet Potato (peeled)

To take it even a little farther, I was counting my calories as well when I did this juice cleanse.  Do you know how hard it is to count the calories of a juice?  Impossible.  Well, impossible until I found a nifty little calculator online.  You put in the whole fruits and vegetables that you used and it spits out what the juice portion of it would be.  Hopefully this will help save you some time! Juicing calorie counter.

Contour This…

I have scoured the internet for every YouTube video I could find on contouring.  I literally have watched them all in complete fascination.

I am like every other girl/woman out there. I love makeup. I do my makeup everyday. It makes me feel pretty and I like it… I don’t care if people want to judge me because I wear makeup because it is not for them, it is for me… Moving on. There is one thing about makeup that I have never tried but I have always wanted to and by now you can probably guess what that is… C O N T O U R I N G!

I am absolutely amazed by what some of these people can do with makeup. You can literally turn yourself into Taylor Swift! Who doesn’t want to be Taylor? I know I would love to be Taylor!

Although I love this concept, I am completely terrified by it. There is no way that if I contour my face that I will not look like a hot mess! I have anxiety just thinking about doing it. Since I have now watched countless hours of contouring videos on YouTube (don’t you dare judge me because you are just as guilty) I feel like there is no better time than the present to try out this process.

DISCLAIMER:: I HAVE NEVER TRIED TO CONTOUR BEFORE… PINKY PROMISE, SCOUTS HONOR, SWEAR ON MY SHOES, NEVER TRIED IT::

I decided to start off with a powder contouring kit.  I recruited my BFF Alexis to try as well (also a newbie to the contouring world) and off we went.  I chose the Smashbox kit for us that I got from Sephora.

enlight1-6
before on the left and contouring on the right
enlight1-5
before on the left and contouring on the right

So as you can see, the results were a little disappointing.  We started with completely fresh faces with ZERO makeup on. Once we contoured according to the videos and diagrams we both felt that we did not see a big enough difference that it would warrant us doing this ever again.  We have to have missed something.  How did we get basically NO results?    Completely discouraged I decided that contouring was just not for me.

2 Days later and countless more hours of beauty videos on Youtube…

I was not ready to give up.  I could do this.  I wanted to see the results that I saw on YouTube, so I went back to the store and chose a cream palette by NYX.  I came straight home from work and decided to give it another try.

enlight1-9
left not contoured… right contoured (before blending)
enlight1-8
left not contoured… right contoured

This time I was actually impressed.  I could see my results!  I don’t know if it had something to do with me already having makeup on or if it was the cream palette or both, but it worked!  It may not be perfect because obviously I will need to practice it a little bit more but I definitely felt like this could be worth doing.  Now I see what all the fuss is about!  YAY!

Although I likes the results I do not think that this is a feasible option for me to do every day because it did take longer than my normal makeup routine, but for a girls night out or a fancy dinner, YOU BET YOUR SWEET ASS I would do it again!

Go give it a try.  It is not as scary as I originally thought.  Recruit a friend or 2 to practice with you.

Bri

You mean JT?

JTT (Johnathan Taylor Thomas)… Those three letters could bring teenage girls around the world to their knees and have them screaming and crying.

As a kid of the 90’s, he was my personal heartthrob.  My favorite of the 3 boys from Home Improvement (sorry Zachery Ty Bryan).  I am pretty sure that I have seen every movie he has been in; Tom and Huck, The Lion King (forgot about that one huh?!) Man of the House (the one with Chevy Chase not Tommy Lee Jones), I’ll Be Home for Christmas, just to name a few.

Speaking of Jessica Biel (because she was in I’ll Be Home for Christmas) we can now connect to my teenage/adult crushes; JT or better known as Justin Timberlake, the husband of Jessica Biel.  What can’t he do?  Sing. Dance. Act. It is just not fair for one person to have so much talent running through his good looking body. Untalented people, like myself, just can’t handle it! No wonder so many people are completely fascinated with him (I know I am not alone!).

Now I know some of you are thinking to yourself, “WTH is this girl writing about?  She just went from JTT to JT…”  Well let me let you in on a little secret!  I have realized that there seems to be something in common with my TV/movie crushes and since I have now figured out the pattern, I know who/what to expect next.

See we started out with JTT (Johnathon Taylor Thomas) and then I was introduced to JT (Justin Timberlake) so it only makes sense for the new celebrity crush in my life to be referred to as J.  I figure I am dropping a “T” for every decade.  JTT…JT…J…Unfortunately Mr. J will be my last because once I reach 40 I will be left with no letters! Kind of sad and depressing to think about.

I am still in the era of Justin, but I am left to wonder…Who could be next?  Will he be better than the previous two?  Mr. J where ever you are, I will see you soon!

November 9

I swear I am not paid to endorse Colleen Hoover, but I just can’t get enough.  November 9 is another book that I could not put down.

We all know the saying… If you love something set it free and if it comes back then it was meant to be.  Well, I think I just made the new tagline for Colleen Hoover’s book!

Imagine you finally have your life figured out.  You are about to make the biggest move of your life and then, the day you are leaving, you meet the perfect someone.  You have that instant connection (that you only read about in books)!  You hit it off immediately, spend the rest of your time together, but you are still leaving after all…Then the perfect plan… Every year for the next 5 years, on the same date (November 9th), you will meet back up at the same place.  If it was meant to be then you will both show up and get to spend the whole day together.  The catch?  There is no communication aside from November 9th.  You are supposed to live your life and then see, when November 9th comes around, if that other person is still special enough for you to meet up with them.  What could go wrong, right?

This book was very interesting and different from most of the other books I have read.  I loved it and then I hated it and then back again. Just when you think you have it figured out, Colleen throws a curve ball that confuses you more than ever.  Will true love be enough to overcome the distance between these star crossed lovers or will life catch up with them?

Glass vs. Plastic

So, lately I have been trying to be more eco-friendly in my daily life.  One easy way for me to do that is to use reusable water bottles instead of plastic.  Since I am also an avid juicer this is great to carry all my juices in as well!  I have many different kinds of glass bottles and containers that I use to drink from.  Some have different benefits than others though so make sure you choose the right one for you!

1. bkr -$35 for 16 oz bottle (500mL)

These bottles are great.  I love the way they look (I guess that is kind of weird), but they are so sleek and simple.  I feel like these look like what you would expect to see Moonshine in, except they have a pretty colored silicone cover on them!  Maybe that’s what they were used for before they went mainstream!

2. Lifefactory – $23 for 16 oz bottle

I have the normal glass bottle with yellow silicone cover with the flip cap.  I do not like bottles that have straws.  One because the straws that are attached to the bottles are usually plastic and two because they are extremely difficult to clean (especially with my juice). This option lets me just flip the top and drink right out of it.

3. Contigo – $15 for 20 oz bottle

This bottle is the best bang for your buck.  This bottle is the biggest one that I have for the best price.  At 20 ounces, I can fit an entire juice, that I make, in this bottle.  I have this beauty with the jade sleeve.

4. Mason Jars- $9 for a 12 pack of 16 oz jars

These are my go to glass when I am at home.  They are not as practical when I am leaving the house, mainly because they do not fit into my cup holders in my car, but I can still put my juice in them and put a lid on it and take it to work with me!  I usually pair these jars with my stainless steel Norwex straws.

5. S’well -$25 for 15 oz. bottle

These bottles are made of stainless steel and come in so many pretty designs.  I have the yellow bumble bee bottle which is my favorite.  These bottles have the added benefit of keeping anything inside hot or cold (depending on what you put in it).  My water and juice will stay cold all day long which is great if you are out running errands! The bottle does not sweat at all so no need to worry about any condensation dripping inside of your new Kate Spade purse!

6. Ello – $14 for 20 oz bottle

This is another bang for your buck.  I have this one in grey and it is awesome.  Again, I can fit a whole juice in this 20 oz bottle which is great.  I like the fabric strap that you can carry it with as well.

As you can see, there are many different choices when it comes to choosing an eco-friendly container for your water and drinks.  Choose one that suits you the best so you are more likely to actually use it instead of going straight for a plastic bottle of SmartWater!

Let me know which ones you like and prefer below, I am always looking for new ones to add to my collection!

Fantastic Beasts

To all my fellow Potterheads, wizards and witches alike.  Is anyone else just as excited, for the new Harry Potter movie, as I am?  I have literally been waiting years for something so extraordinary to come out.

After Harry and his friends finally defeated “You Know Who,” I have had a void that has needed to be filled.  I have gotten my Potter fix any way that I can.  Thank you to Freeform (previously ABC family) for playing Harry Potter practically every weekend and for making me never forget how much I miss the wizarding world.  Thank you to Pottermore for giving me an outlet for all of my geekiness.  Without the unconditional support, I would have never learned the patience I needed for my potions or the technical skill needed when learning my spells. And a huge thank you to one of the best fandoms alive because without all of your memes, videos and witty writings I may have lost myself along the way.  Although these avenues have gotten me through some dark times, they in no way have helped eased my loss.

Maybe I should have read my herbology book a little closer so I could have made up a potion to skip over these last couple harry-potter-less years.  Maybe I should read up on Divination more so I could see what was coming.  Whatever the case, there is no going back (unless you have Hermione’s time turner necklace).  We are where we are and it is becoming better and better the closer we get to this new release.

We are not in a time that is reaching into a new era, one which we have waited years to explore and I for one can not wait to see what New Scamander has up his sleeves or in his suitcase!

Thank you for the new trailer.

No Escape…

Who doesn’t love a good nail biting movie?    A movie where you are literally sitting on the edge of your seat, waiting in anticipation for the next scene that is sure to bring a heart pounding experience. That is what I got to experience last night.

I was sitting at home and was looking through Apple TV to see what new movies were out when I spotted No Escape.  I remembered seeing the preview for this movie a couple of months ago and thought it looked good!  Well when I clicked on it and saw that is was a $.99 rental, I figured now was as good of a time as any!

Be prepared.  This movie is an emotional roller-coaster that will leave you mentally and physically exhausted after you watch it.

No Escape was only 1 hour 45 minutes long and I can honestly say from about the 15 minute mark that I was a complete mess.  My heart started racing from 15 minutes in and didn’t stop until the movie ended. Within that 1 1/2 hour time span I screamed at my TV and shed numerous tears due to the brutality and stress that these poor characters were enduring.

I am not sure if I am recommending that you should watch it or not.  If you are emotionally unstable (like I am), beware.  If you have children, beware.  If you cry easily, beware.  It was a great movie overall (in between all my crying).  I will not be watching it again because I do not think I can’t put myself through that stress again, but I would still say that people should watch it.  Don’t say I didn’t warn you though!

This is not the first movie that Owen Wilson has caused me extreme emotional duress with.  Does anyone remember a little movie called Marley and Me?  I was so upset after watching that movie that I broke the DVD and then threw it away.  I think I may have just realized something.  Maybe I need to stop watching Owen Wilson movies…  Now that is something to cry about!
